The Baker Behind Baked Up

My baking journey began in 2018, when I started my own cookie business. For five years, I developed, tested, and sold cookies while learning what makes a recipe not only delicious, but also reliable enough to recreate again and again.
In 2024, I took my passion for baking to France, where I trained at Ferrandi Paris and École Ducasse and earned an Expert Diploma in French pastry. There, I strengthened my skills in classical techniques, precision, recipe development, and professional pastry production.
Today, I use both my hands-on business experience and formal pastry training to create recipes for home bakers. I specialize in bakery-style NYC cookie recipes that are rich, indulgent, and carefully tested. I have also expanded into French pastry with my first croissant recipe.
My goal is to make professional-quality baking feel achievable at home. Every recipe is created with clear instructions, dependable results, and the same attention to detail I learned in pastry school and through years of running my own business.

13 Bakeries. 7 Countries. One Year.
Every recipe I write is informed by the best bakeries in the world — so I went and tasted my way through them, notebook in hand.
