All sales made through Baked Up LLC are final. We sell digital recipe PDF files that are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. Because these products are digital goods and cannot be returned, copied back, or revoked once delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is entered at checkout. Once the purchase is completed, the digital file is sent to the email address provided. Failure to receive the file due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or inbox settings does not qualify for a refund. If you do not see your order, you must check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us.
If you believe you did not receive your digital order after checking all folders, you must contact us at nanette@bakedupcookies.com and include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and the date of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for a response. You are required to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing the response window may result in permanent loss of access to our products and restriction from future purchases. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
